When I arrived in Tanzania, in the first Maasai village where I lived (Elerai near Kiberashi), the construction of a building that was supposed to be a dispensary had been started many years before, but never completed. So I worked hard in contact with the local authorities and organised fundraising in Italy to complete the building and make the dispensary operational, buying medical equipment and furniture.

I helped build the kitchen at the primary school in the village of Elerai, bought medical supplies and furniture for the dispensary in Mabalanga, near Handeni and built toilets at the dispensary in Lengusero, also near Handeni.

In Elerai, I bought plastic collection bins for the whole village, built a collection point for plastic that is recovered by a company in Dar es Salaam to be recycled and did environmental education at school.

Also through fundraising via my Instagram account and contacts, I bought desks for the children at Mabalanga English Medium School.
